It is a start to a new habit, today's workout:
Jump Tuck, Squat Front and Side, Running Burpy, Plank Jacks: 50sec/10rest =12 min total
30 min of jogging/walking, 15 Abs
Oh man, I am feeling it already.......Say Hello to Fit!
